I went to Hamer Toyota and they had balls to mark those up 3k plus 1k gps add-on. Came to $56.5k with no negotiation because stimulus money is here and dealers wants it all. Sad state

Hydrogen Fuel cell is exempt from CA rebate income limits.

How much is your OTD price? Where did you buy it? I also bought one XLE red color for $33,000 OTD.
Out the door I was at $36K in Santa Monica. They did not want to deal, and I did not want to spend multiple days haggling and driving to another dealership.

Unfortunately its people like you that destroy where we live. 200,000 American's died on Trumps watch because he was so self consumed making up reality for himself (he got Covid and showed everybody not to wear a mask). Your survival of the fittest mentality works well in a crony capitalist country we live. Fortunately the working people are getting really uncomfortable with the super wealthy owning everything and then the rest suffering living paycheck to paycheck. The corporate propaganda money machine (Fox news among others) controls you and what is really sad is your probably suffering yourself because you believe this crap your spewing and shooting yourself in the foot. I just feel sorry for you and your followers like the zombies in the show the walking dead. Have a good day.
Ha..wow, you sound jealous of those that work hard and get ahead. There has and always will be the very rich and thank goodness as they are the job creators. Damn you Bezos, Cook & Jobs, Musk, Walton family, Koch, etc. for creating multi billion dollar companies and employing millions. As a fyi, I started my first job at 10yo with mowing peoples lawns and washing windows. Wow, it provided me with the means to buy fishing gear, ball and bat, etc. Been in sales all my life, started my own company after 35+ years in pharma, have two reps that are in the process of buying the company. We put two daughters through private schools and they are successful today partly because they learned critical thinking and certainly hard work. I'm happy as heck to be enjoying the fruits of my hard work now. Today I see even more opportunity for one to be financially independent. Sorry you believe the nonsense of the left with them spewing that one can't get ahead in life because some people get rich. Seek out positive and successful people and ask those for advice. Don't sit back and think poor me, but instead focus on your skills, etc. Hard work and drive wins every single time, but it's not a 9-5 job. Live frugally (avoid credit cards, loans if possible) and work a side job or business and you will very soon see it can be done. Sadly the Dems mantra is telling people we all need the government to run our lives and we can't succeed without them. Hell no.

Consider the dollar value of your time spent refueling. At $50/hour salary & 45 minutes going out of your way to find a station & possibly wait in line.. it will cost you $5,850 in lost time over 3 years. ($50 x .75 = $37.50 $37.50 x 52 weeks (fill up once per week) = $1,950 x 3 years = $5,850 )
If you make $50 an hour you would not be on SD looking for bargains

100% false.

The mindset of wanting to save money by putting a little effort into one's spending is one of the reasons some of us make more than $50/hr.

Thanks for making up statistics. I mean last time I checked EV's don't burn gallons of anything so you can't rate them in MPG. Just another fabricated statistic to try to make EV's look bette than they really are.

Now let me try with those fake statistics! Gasoline-powered vehicles are more energy efficient than EV's because they burn zero kWh of electric!

Closest proposed station near me (San Marcos, CA) is 19 minutes away (carmel valley/racho bernardo). But there is one on my way to and from work on the I-5 in Orange County. If they really want people to buy these they need a few on the I-15 to Vegas and 3 or 4 in Vegas (at least South Las Vegas so people an top off when arriving and leaving)

Then you would be very surprised at what some make and their total net worth on this site. Saving nickels and dimes, budgeting, not having unnecessary debt and patience does provide a path to financial success.

Drove to local Toyota dealers, they didn't have any of XLE in stock even they show they got some online. Wasted my trip to there. Not a deal, and don't waste your time and gas unless you are buying the Limited which is more than 10k more expensive ones.
Never drive to dealership deal through email or phone. Just do pickup afterwards.

This deal seems dead in SoCal unless you're willing to pay near MSRP: only 1 dealer got back to me in the past 24 hours, and they were unwilling to budge more than $1K from MSRP (>$56K OTD). Anyone else having better luck? Seems that just a few days ago folks were getting $50K to $53K OTD.
