Looks like the 920 w/ 2 batteries is $60 after checking $40 off box. Looks to have some better specs/features. I found it among a list of different models a page down.

All of their cameras have a coupon. I ended up getting the highest model (AC940) because it's housing is waterproof to 8m so no need for the waterproof case (40m if you use the case). That'll prevent the fogging and audio recording issues you have when the cam is in a case. It also has a better image stablization system. $80 vs $50 for this model. The remote is not waterproof per reviews (bad vendor text formatting).

A lot of the 1 or 2 star reviews seem to think the quality of video is over rated by the 5 star reviews. For the price might be worth it tho.
