If you buy two games for $10 and 1 for $5, the $5 one will be free. They will allocate the $5 savings proportionally across the 3 games. $2 off the $10 ones and $1 off the $5 one.
If you cancel the $10 ones, you'll get the $5 one for $4.
You should just buy 3 of the $5 ones and cancel 2 of them, then it will cost $3.33.
$5 / 3 = $1.67
$10 - $1.67 = $8.33
$10 - $1.67 = $8.33
$5 - $1.67 = $3.33
If you cancel the two $10 items, you will end up paying $3.33 for a $5 item.
If you buy three $5 items, the discount is the same ($5 / 3 = $1.67) across each item, making each item $3.33, and if you cancel two of them, you will still end up paying the same amount as above.

What really stands out here is the fact that not only is 3D All Stars going away in 12 days but it's also never been found for lower than $50 without a B2G1 deal to lower it to $40.
I know their price match policy says it can't be combined with circle coupons but this looks like it's just an automatic deduction taken at checkout.
Target allows cancellation of the 2s as to prorate the difference.
Example:
#1: $10
#2: $10
#3: $5
Cancel 2 ($20from $25) to pay $5 only and you're done.
