thanks. i just need to figure out my pronation... i purchased adrenaline and bedlam last year and i liked them but did not take pronation into consideration

I got these a couple weeks ago. Pretty happy so far. I think they're a great deal on a light daily or semi speed trainer. They're a little stiff but fast.
I'm neutral to very slight overpronation.
True to size for me as well.

Good shoes. Have about 300 miles on a pair of these. Found good for medium runs and ok for speed workouts. A little stiff at first but great deal at this price. Glad they have black now instead of that hideous red from the last deal.

Beware, some reviews mention these shoes press against your ankle very tightly and can cause blisters.

Both are neutral trainers. I've trained for various distances in both but have found the Launch better suited for half marathons and below. They are also more ideal for speedwork. The Ghost offer more support and are a bit heavier.

I have flat feet and have owned both the Adrenaline and Launch. Actually liked both for different reasons. Adrenaline is a go to, but Launch is a comfortable all around shoe.
