Not TC'ing, and admittedly this is a very good deal for what it is - but I always feel compelled to tell people that Gatorade has no value for athletic performance unless you are participating in very long duration endurance sport like a marathon or long distance cycling. If you are playing soccer, basketball, or football, or lifting or doing cardio at the gym, or something else of relatively short duration (less than 3 hours sustained), you are just consuming unnecessary sugar and very trivial amounts of sodium and potassium that you would have already consumed if you had a small meal beforehand.

Gatorade has benefitted for decades from very effective marketing and a delicious product. But 99% of the people who use it are just consuming tasty sugar you don't need. Thanks for reading.
This will save u more money than buying the bottles. Plus you don't have to worry about recycling.

Been buying this for years. Compared to bottle this is redonculously cheap, and you can water it down further and drink it more often.

Every day price at Amazon is 11.99.

I've never seen a grocery store without it, but it's almost always lemon-lime or orange. Nice to see other options!

And yes, it's about 1/5-1/8 the normal pre-mixed price if you DIY. You're paying a lot of overhead for people to ship mostly water all over the country.

Yes just mind the sugar content. It's obviously concentrated in powder form but I feel like you need more powder to make it taste truly like Gatorade. During sports it won't matter because you need it but for people who aren't drinking while playing sports or doing serious workouts I'd caution to dilute it. That said it still tastes good if you throw it in a shaker bottle with a few ice cubes..

It's a good point, and thanks for sharing. I'd definitely be interested in making some kind of healthier homemade electrolyte drink. I have dry mouth, dry skin, etc... So I am thinking maybe I would need electrolytes a bit more than the normal person. I know there are "recipes" for making this out there, but I think it wasn't as cheap as I'd like it to be :s
