I did not get any email. Also, it was not in my messages. I saw this as a banner in My eBay Activity tab on Computer.

Got it in my email. I notice it takes $10 off AFTER tax, which means you still pay tax on the $10.

You can still pay with gift cards, just select credit card as the payment even though your gift cards and coupon cover the whole cost.

didn't get it anywhere, not even on the front page banners after several refreshes.. wonder how eBay site regulates these offers
