Acoustic audio is a trash knockoff brand made by goldwood, total garbage. Doesn't compare to Klipsch or other real speaker companies at all.

As others have noted, there are better subs at this price point. But the Jamo's selling point for me was the form factor. It fit well in the limited space I had under my desk that would not accommodate most cube shaped subs. It also pairs well - aurally and visually - with my Audioengine A2s.

seriously, this is a 75w continuous sub. frequency response in the high 30's. feels better suited for a soundbar than a theater system.
some of the monoprice are on sale in another thread. they are pretty decent for HT setups.
