I tried to cancel via a direct reply to their delay email. A week later no response. Tried to log into their online support chat. It doesn't work. 1st call - got disconnected immediately after I said I wanted to cancel my order. 2nd call - was told I cannot cancel since it's already in production and offered $15 for my trouble. I refused, so they said they have to send me to their supervisor but it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I hung up and went directly to my CC. I'm not wasting anymore of my time on these people.

Just an overall crap experience.

Hey I don't think I replied to that email directly, sorry it doesn't show a log of what email it sent to but I believe I used their contact us email and requested a cancel. Got a confirmation of the request within a day and within 2 days I was refunded.

The delay email may be a noreply email of some sort.
