If anyone receives it and wants some thermal pads please contact me. I have a bunch and can sell at Costco rates. Online prices are crazy don't give in! Also could anyone who gets it early verify the size pads on the 3080? Thanks.

No sir just checked order status this morning and still at phase 1.

Dell's aurora r12 on the other hand from same order date already has orders delivered.

I tried to cancel via a direct reply to their delay email. A week later no response. Tried to log into their online support chat. It doesn't work. 1st call - got disconnected immediately after I said I wanted to cancel my order. 2nd call - was told I cannot cancel since it's already in production and offered $15 for my trouble. I refused, so they said they have to send me to their supervisor but it would be a 5-10 minute wait. I hung up and went directly to my CC. I'm not wasting anymore of my time on these people.

Just an overall crap experience.

Hey I don't think I replied to that email directly, sorry it doesn't show a log of what email it sent to but I believe I used their contact us email and requested a cancel. Got a confirmation of the request within a day and within 2 days I was refunded.

The delay email may be a noreply email of some sort.
