12.99 for the armored plate... Ummm.... Thanks. But I'll pass. IMO, it is not a great deal. I know these are expensive and you are getting the Summit for free. but the summit without the armored plate is just not complete. Apples to oranges here, but a thick rubber band can do the same job. Once you add the armored plate and taxes and shipping, my Total is 51.00.

Not sure what you are talking about. It's made of aluminum and has nice features:

I really like the Contour but it's too much to pay for a wallet, at least for me. I also like the Element but I don't like the idea that I have to soak it in water in order to make it fit the max amount of cards which is 7 and I need about 10. They all look like great wallets and I think they look better than Ridge wallets. These also have a built-in bottle opener!!!

Thumbs up and down are useless, people even hide them in their profile. In fact it seems the system even gets abused. Great deals often are brigaded by downvoters so they can give their discord servers more time to empty out the vendor. Slickdeals doesn't care about anything but the money now. Some vendors even have accounts they use to upvote their own posts and shill on the product in the comments as well. Gotta love social engineering these days.
