Sounds like a power trip. God forbid we discuss store return policies on a deal hunting forum (to clarify, this was on a separate forum).

To answer the question: I believe Amazon's return policy is straightforward. If you cancel any items, you'll just pay full price on whatever you end up keeping.

I don't see anything particularly compelling other than Monopoly Deal and Sushi Go. Maybe they'll add more tomorrow.

Target is well aware that people do the cancellation trick. They would have closed that loophole years ago if they actually cared. It's all factored into the bottom line. Ultimately, Target gets more money from me that I wouldn't have otherwise spent if I couldn't use the loophole.

Well that's cause it abuses the system. I believe SD used to crack down on that sort of talk too but now they don't seem to care -- whether or not Target cares is not clear of course.

Canceling 2 from the 3 games with the Target deal isn't scamming anyone. It isn't like you are keeping the free game. You get the pro-rated 33% off. It is like going to a grocery store where it says buy 10 for $10, but you can end up getting 7 for $7. Target has been doing this deal long enough to be aware of it if people were doing things that were not intended.

Back on topic, will Amazon add more board games? The list seems very limited right now?
