For a zero turn, $10k is expensive. An average commercial one for residential landscaping cost around $6k for a premium brand.
I had a choice when I moved to my new lakefront property, pay $450 a week to have it professionally mowed or get the largest zero turn I could find that was under $10,000. I went from a little $1,200 mower to a beast bigger than anything I see the professional landscape companies use due to 30% of the lawn (lake side) getting totally soaked thus I needed large wheels to the actual size of it all so I needed 60" wide cutting area.
After sticker shock, understanding my new reality I then saw "oh by the way you know that extended dealership warranty we talked about??? yeah.. we're going to have to maintenance everything ourselves and oh by the way we know you dont own a truck but no worries, we only charge $150 every single time we need to pick it up which is every time we do ANYTHING to it."
Just be lucky you have a mower than can go up on one of these.. I always felt so manly with my little ridon, now they seem "cute" lol. Also, I have 2 cup holders, how many does yours have? Exactly! jk xD It even has a seatbelt to it lol.. sigh

My Toro (used for lakeshore area) is a 54", that I service myself. I use metal ramps currently with wedges behind the tires.. its much safer than jacks.. there's no chance of a jack failing and them I'm dead. The only downside is the clearance isn't the best but it works and would work with my Kubota as well.
I'm still trying to find some way to get more clearance but I think the ramps are a good start so long as the lawnmower braked and wedges are behind.. outside of that, changing the blades out or dealing with the belt is something even someone like me with no mechanical skills can handle.
BTW nice mower brand, I was thinking of getting one before I saw the Kubota
