Sale Price does not include sale prices at Amazon unless a deal was posted by a community member.
For amazon this is part of the big 2 get one free sale
Edit they took it off the list.
From what I've read, this happens a lot with small time windows (usually well under 30 minutes). It tells me that Amazon has multiple types of bots scraping Target's (and other big retailer's) sites. There's 1 bot that detects and matches the B2G1F deal and another bot that checks the price/overall deal. I think the B2G1F bot sometimes goes first and the second bot detects the overall price is too cheap which causes the second bot to either remove the B2G1F or to raise the price if Amazon's price is cheaper. If 1 bot did it all, then there wouldn't be this small opportunity windows (which I always miss). Just a theory.

Still, $18 is the lowest it's ever been on amzn according to camelcamelcamel.
Yes on Amazon, but Best Buy had it for $10.99 last November for 1 day, I believe.
