The Mac version DOES work with Windows computers. The main difference is that it doesn't come with a Logitech unifying adapter, but you can still pair it over bluetooth. If you already have a unifying adapter you can adopt it in the Logitech software.

And that reminds me, for everyone thinking about buying this please be aware that the space gray color is the Mac version and this fact is in the description and not the title. Make sure you are okay with not receiving a unifying adapter if you choose this version.

i have the original MX master for a few years now. It is working fine for now. Any comments on if i should upgrade to this and expect to see a marked improvement? I do like the fact that this is USB-C...my current one is micro-usb and that is kind of a pain sometimes since al of my other peripherals are USB-C..
USB-C is as good a reason at any. I brought my older MX to work while using the new one at home.

There's some neat features if you're working with multiple computers, but nothing so groundbreaking that you need to upgrade.

How does this fare up against the famous wired MX518? I still hope for this model to be wireless.

If you are using a mouse for 40 hours a week. It doesn't sound that crazy. I use a G703 as a daily driver and i love the mouse except for the battery life. I thought my previous 30 dollar mouse was good.

Once you go up in quality, you will never want to use a cheap mouse again.

The Bluetooth on my 2012 Mac mini doesn't work anymore so I was hoping to get this mouse as I thought it came with an adapter. Will a windows version that comes with the adapter work on a Mac? Thanks.

Use this for hours on end. Great for analyzing charts on stock/cryto/NFT markets and Microsoft excel.
Also great for everyday use.

Thanks OP! I literally just bought this at Best Buy yesterday so this saves me $20. I bought it with the MX Keys keyboard.

I bought it primarily for the "Flow" features. I switch between a Mac and a PC every day for work (IT) so this is going to make my desk A LOT neater. I also love that this mouse has all the gestures that you get with a Magic Mouse or Trackpad on a Mac like App Expose and swiping between desktops.

I have this mouse and the MX Keys keyboard and love that I can use them for multiple computers. My work laptop and personal computer are connected to my monitor through an HDMI switch and when changing from one to the other, I just hit the button on the bottom of the mouse to switch over so I don't have to keep 2 keyboards and mice around.

Anyone use this for gaming? I'm finding that I don't need a "gaming mouse" with all the bells and whistles. But more just a mouse that's comfortable.
I enjoy using it to play long sessions of skyrim. As mentioned before, it's a bit heavy but that hasn't bothered me.

The main draw for me has been the excellent side buttons and the two scroll wheels. As opposed to previous versions, these side mouse buttons are in good positions and feel good to press. Scrolling using the metal wheels is a "premium" feeling.

I use this to switch from my gaming PC and work computer while I'm working from home. Didnt realize how useful and cool of a feature this would be. Also battery life is crazy. Have had mine for over a month with everyday use and have not charged it once.

I play RTS games like wc3 and while the mouse is okay, I rather use my razer gaming mouse since its more precise and lighter.

The MX3 is meant for more office work and web browsing, which it excels at and is way more comfortable then my gaming mouse.
