Costco has this on sale for $500 off, it's $100 lower than last time it's on sale. Valid 3/22/21 through 3/26/21. While supplies last.
GeForce RTX - Outriders Bundle Valid 3/16/21 - 4/15/21 (While Supplies Last) One code per purchase. Limit 3 codes per member.
The differences between the other GE75 Costco deal and this one: 144 Hz vs 240 Hz, 2070 vs 2070 super, 16GB vs 32 GB, and this one is 0.42lbs lighter.
When purchased online, Chase Freedom Flex credit cardholders get 5X points for purchases through 3/31/21 (wholesale clubs is a 5X category this quarter). If those points are transferred to Chase Sapphire Reserve and used for travel, pay yourself back on groceries, it is worth 50% more or 7.5X. So basically that's worth between $75 and $112.50 effective cashback. Thanks, RussianBytes for bringing this up.

The $1200 laptop deal is still overall better. Do you really think 32 GB vs 16 GB is going to make a big difference? Sure the 2070 SUPER will bring you to 3060 performance but is that worth $300 more?
Bottom-line. In my opinion, if the laptop was $1300 (or even $150 if you want to stretch things) then the jump would have made sense but at $1500 it does not.

Separately, OP also needs to put SUPER in the title in quotes for emphasis.
Here's how I would rephrase the subject line:
