The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (excluding residents of MA, MI, and U.S. territories), who are tobacco consumers 21 years of age or older at the time of participation and have a valid username ("username") and password provided by the sponsor. Promotion void in MA, MI, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited by law.
