The $1100 version you're referring to is the model with the 3060.

I have been watching for this laptop to go on sale for over a week. I checked it late one night and it was still $1500. The next morning, I noticed the price had dropped to $1299, but it was already sold out. I imagine the sale lasted minutes before they sold out. Hours, at best.
