As someone who has tried adjustable kettleballs and dumbbells, they are nice in terms of how little space they take up BUT I could never get used to how the weights would shift and they just felt a little less solid. I ended up going back to regular weights because I liked that solid feel.

While you do not need the lighter one, some slickdealers might, also many people prefer to have one item taking up space on their floor instead of the 4 items you mentioned earlier. Either for aesthetics, lack of space, or just because. That doesnt necessarily make it dumb, or a bad purchase, it's just not for you....

Btw some adjustable kettle bells are not good for resting on your forearm (shoulder press or Turkish get ups for example) due to the shape coming to a point at the top.

Wish I didn't get the bowflex one last week, It's good tho I wish it had a 30lbs option (bowflex jumps from 25 to 35). Thanks OP this looks solid. If anyone else wants to weigh in here......

For some reason I always find kettlebell exercises much uncomfortable than the dumbbell exercises

I work for a big shipping company....good luck getting your weights delivered....I see these things outside their boxes because when they ship it, they do such piss poor job on packaging these things
