This is all for Huggies Size 2.
Target - 2 x 148ct huggies + 1x 84ct huggies = 380 diapers = $104.97 = $0.28 per diaper
if you count the gift card as a "discount" = $74.97 = $0.20 per diaper
(I used this combo to get the smallest amount over $100 in diapers for the giftcard)
Costco - Huggies 174ct = $39.99 = $0.23 per diaper
So if you shop at Target a lot and will use the gift card its cheaper per than Costco by $0.03 per diaper for Size 2.
Mama Bear size 3
I got 850 for $70 that's roughly 0.08 cents per unit. Note this deal expired.

Mama Bear size 4
Bought 148 yesterday for $17 after subscribe/save, 20% promo, and another 20% for Amazon diaper discount. That's 0.11 cents per unit.
Seventh Generation size 3 & 4
I also bought a several boxes of this brand size 3/4 for a unit price of 0.13 cents on Amazon after discounts/promo etc.
If you check their current price, they are not cheap but they do go on sale from time to time and pops up here on slickdeal.
I know there's a diaper cult here since every time someone mention anything other than Pampers, they get downvoted. I agree Pampers are great. So far my kid has no issue with the brands I listed so I don't see a point spending so much on diapers. If you can afford it, go for it.
I want to bring awareness to struggling parents who want to save a bit that there are cheaper options if you look out for it. Wait for them to go on sale and stock them.

Nope, never expires!
Great thank you!
Target are cheaper but they arent as breathable.. What I usually do is mix target and costco, if you use 8 diapers in a day I use 3 target ones.
