RTINGS REVIEW: 7.2/10
"The Samsung RU9000 is a decent TV for most uses. It performs impressively well for gaming due to its low input lag, fast response time, native 120Hz refresh rate, and VRR support. Its high contrast ratio is great for viewing movies in the dark; however, it lacks local dimming and doesn't get bright enough to bring out highlights in HDR movies."

I have it and was looking for another one. Hopefully it reappears or other retailers discount soon.

1440 and 1080 at 120hz
Has VRR
14.6ms input lag with VRR
And VRR = freesync only, won't work with Nvidia GPUs
VR panel - so somewhat slow pixel response time, and no FALD so bad HDR performance

No, that's over DP, not hdmi
Not saying it will work with this TV, but from what I understand Nvidia has added support via HDMI. But may be interpreting this incorrectly. Wouldn't be the first time
Edit: Wish this TV had local dimming. May have to look at the M series Vizio instead. However, the wife may veto a new TV anyway. I have a 65" 3D 1080P LG that I have had a long time now, but replacing when it still works probably won't get approval.
