My Impact Whey Isolate from My Protein is 20g per scoop (their included scoop). I'm 5'6 160lbs and I take 2 scoops with water after a 45min-1hr workout. I bought chocolate smooth based on recommendations but I am not picky with any chocolate flavor. I'm probably OK with other flavors too as long as it's not unflavored or tastes like medicine.

I do personally also like Chocolate Mint, Strawberry Cream, and Salted Caramel in that order. I usually buy unflavored and do one scoop of each to reduce sweetener consumption.

If you ever enjoyed Chocolate Mint in other contexts, like ice cream, you would probably enjoy that isolate. I started doing one unflavored and one flavored bc I like reducing sweetness, but that might not be for everyone.

How is this for people who are a bit lactose intolerate? I've been using Dymatize whey isolate and have no issues with that.

I like chocolate mint ALOT especially mixed with milk or mostly milk, but the best is by far is salt caramel aka butterscotch. Chocolate mint is quite mint heavy with a medium amount of chocolate.

I have had no digestion issues and isolate is known to be good for lactose issues.

The sales tax issue can be frustrating. It seems obvious to me that this is a food item and should not be taxable or at least not taxable at maximum rates in most jurisdictions. In Arizona, this company correctly charges zero sales tax, but it should definitely be a consideration in places where they do collect it.
