I have used both , the breville heats to a more constant temp , wasn't a fan of the koda

Outdoor only for Ooni Koda makes it unusable in the North for a good part of the year. It's hard to get to high temperatures when it's freezing outside.

I have the both, and the Breville definitely blows the Ooni out of the water.

The Breville heats up quicker, cooks more evenly, and can be used indoors. Also, no need to worry about fuel. I only use the Ooni when entertaining guests in the backyard for the entertainment factor. Otherwise, I'm using the Breville about 85% of the time.

Which Ooni model do you have? Not discounting how great the Breville may be, my experience with the Ooni Koda 16 model has been awesome. It takes 20 minutes to get to optimal temp, and as the flames are on 2 sides, a half turn about 50 or so seconds, then removing around 1:45 - 2 minutes total, works great. I keep the pizza towards the front right, opposite corner from the flames, to prevent burning. Took a few tries to get the hang of it. I have a buddy with an older Ooni model and he struggles, which is why I ask which model. I would love to try this Breville, just out of my budget... and my wife already complains about countertop space as it is.

I think 650° will get the job done. The Breville sounds nice but way too much money IMO. For those that have $300 and a lot of counter space (can do a 16" pie) https://www.wiscopizzaovens.com/c...-Oven.html It's not designed for fresh dough since it has a rack but there are easy work arounds for that (thin pizza pans on the rack).

Unfortunately, it appears that the Pizzaiolo is now excluded from the 15% coupon code. I was hoping!
