Guess I'm in minority but I actually love the buds live. They sound better than my buds + and are way more comfortable. Main downside is the battery life.

Yeah they don't sound that good at all. I've had every pair of Buds and the Buds+ are the best bang for your buck.
The Buds Pro just don't sound that much different than the Buds+ but these Live version aren't worth the money. I have urlhasbeenblocked that sound way better and they were $15

Try Facebook marketplace. I sold the Galaxy Buds Pro that I got with that Tab S7+ bundle last week for $135 over the weekend.

I have the Buds+ and was looking to upgrade to the Buds Pro. Any downsides to the Pros in comparison? I love my Buds+ so what would make the Pros worth pursuing beside Active Noise Cancellation? TIA

I bought the Buds+ and then the Buds Pro and was debating myself. From my research, the Pro seems like the next gen of the Buds+ and both seem to have same features with the Buds+ having better battery life (11 vs 8hrs, i think) and the Pro having the ANC.

if you trade a wireless headset, does it have to be in working condition? Have some old ones that cant hold charge that i wouldnt mind unloading...

Buds Pro hurt my ears too much, went back to Buds+

I have both buds pro and buds+. On the pro, Active noise cancellation is not really that effective to warrant an upgrade. They do have a slightly improved sound stage, especially the bass. Also, some reviewers complained that their ears hurt with the pro but I don't have that issue. Besides, buds pro auto detect your voice to switch from ANC mode to "ambient" mode. If you already have buds+, I would say wait for price to drop on the buds pro. Nothing really compelling to upgrade at the current prices.

i dont think they test them. also 99 cent stores have wired ones if you are worried about it.
