I just got a pair of Jabra 75T and while they do sound a bit better than the Buds Live, the Buds Live are the best fitting ear buds I have ever found. I also got all those extra tips for the Jabra on eBay and still the Buds Live fit better.
For me the fit wins out over the slightly better sound from the Jabra.
Your Trade-In Device must power on, hold a charge and not power off unexpectedly.
That is from the terms and conditions on the Samsung site.
They sound decent and the battery life is so-so. The ANC is booty and a waste of battery life though.
