Guess I'm in minority but I actually love the buds live. They sound better than my buds + and are way more comfortable. Main downside is the battery life.

Not related to this, but trying to track down a Samsung Guru about a trade in. I did the trade in for a broken screen Note 20 ultra for $550 towards an S21. Samsung says it's rejecting the trade in because I didn't factory reset the phone, but (1) if they are talking about not turning off the "find my phone" type features, I did do that; and (2) if they are talking about just actually factory resetting it, I did do that and have pictures of that. I assume I can bang around endlessly and eventually get some help, but I assume I don't have to reinvent the wheel here either.

Samsung will email you a prepaid FedEx label. You could use the box the buds come in or use your own packaging. They'll email you when they received and when they approve the trade in.

I guess, lets stop discussing buds, buds+ and Buds live in every deal of buds live or buds+. I had buds for almost 2 years it was great one of the best, compare to Apple pods, Jabra, Sony and few others, but, my gribe was ear canal fir which supressed every ambient sound. Also, can't seems to wear for hours. Then came the Buds live and it was fantastic, first great and I can able to listen to the sounds around me, comfortable and all, then came buds+ which I bought it for my daughter, its almost same as buds with slightlly better sound and of course mic, but I like Buds live. So I believe which one is good is just subjective how do you like, I don't like ear canal fit so for me buds live is better.

Having said that these crappy Samsung deal works for some and doesn't work for others.
its coming out $71 to me. Eitherway not planning to buy this color.

Did you manually log out of your samsung and Google accounts before resetting the phone?
