Just to add to this anyone having issues with the fit or just interested. If you call samsung customer service and let them know that the earpiece is going to far in your ear they can provide silicone sleeves FREE that will help with a nice fit that prevents them from falling into your ear. I love them even more with these.Link to official post below.

I'd like to add. You're also able to buy them for udder$15.

Samsung support is hit and miss and I spent 2 months trying to get them from the end of December to the end of February via Samsung phone support. Those guys gave me so many excuses on why it's late that eventually they said their higher ups rejected the order. Never got them from Samsung but I bought an official set. They definitely work but the sleeves to deform a bit where the stretch sometimes no longer conform uniformly to the respective holes that it's supposed to expose. Think a ski mask where the eye hole misses the mask.

Can I trade in a cheap unbranded headset bought from AmaZon for 5 bucks
I bought a $1 headphone from the dollar store for the trade in. They accepted it.

I bought these in the blue and they're nice and loud, but as someone mentioned in another thread, you do hear ambient noise. I worked out in them recently and I could hear the clanging of the weights. This might be a deal killer for some, but in a public setting it might be good to be more aware of your surroundings. I suspect that it's not as good as nothing in the ear, but it's close.

Airpod wannabe? Any idea who brought true wireless buds into market first - Apple or Samsung?

Some guys are just deep into the whole Apple thing. I guess if I paid as much as Apple wants for the wireless buds, I'd try to justify my expensive purchase too. Wireless buds have come a long way since they first came out. I would go so far to say that Apple isn't in the top 5 as far as wireless buds are concerned, granted money not being a thing.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm following the steps. Even tried another browser. The discount code is working, but I don't see my EPP discount through Perks@Work, and my total is $71.99.

Saving $98 - $20 for tradein, $30 promotional discount, and $48 with PANDASPRING21.

For those that got it to work, any tips, or at least what was the initial price for you? Mine is $119.99.

Same price on other colors, but I tried with the blue and the code didn't work so the price stayed at $119.99.

Edit: I tried a phone and the buds pro, they both show the EPP discount on the product page. The buds live don't for me.

This comment here is pure gold. No further justification needed. 👏😉

I can't offer any help as to exactly why it's not working. I just wanted to say that you might try again because it worked for me a couple hours ago. I used a computer and not a cell phone if that makes any difference.

Only complaint I have is, the Bluetooth connection is not strong enough, even if you walk away from your phone for 10ft, it keeps struggling ..

Guess I'm in minority but I actually love the buds live. They sound better than my buds + and are way more comfortable. Main downside is the battery life.
These buds are very nice. Comfortable and sound quality is great.

Do you remember what price you saw on the page where the trade-in option is/the buds live product page?

Yes, that's what I was trying first. I only tried the blue to see what it would do. I just wonder if the initial price for everyone was the same as me or not. $119.
