Even with the discount YTTV is still pricey
No one says you have to buy it, totally optional

Cnbc is available as an addon.
Why would you pay for CNBC? jyoutube or there are enough clips out there. Go check out some indies, you may find there isn't a dystopian universe out there. Once I cancelled cable I found a lot of great content out there not drummed up by the corps.

In fact cancelling cable has made the fam's life significantly better, and I have an antenna/Plex for local sports (when/if) they come back. ATSC 3 just launched also, so I may go check that out.

Might be time to finally ditch my outsourced t-mobile business line and switch to the real deal. It was hard enough missing out on trade-in deals, but $10 a month back on YTTV pretty much negates the price benefits.

Nope, unfortunately YouTube Premium is a totally separate deal.

Good timing Tmobile. Was about to cancel YTTV bc the price keeps going higher. I guess I'll keep it for a little longer at $55/mo

or maybe Philo for $10 is all I need plus digital antenna
Have Philo and really recommend it if you don't need sports

I want to do this but I'm afraid if I ever drop YouTube TV in the future I would lose my discounts?

T-Mobile should have done this deal with Sling... Would have been much better
I've been with YT TV since August 2018 and started at $40 a month, I've only kept it because I'm splitting it with two brothers so it's dirt cheap even after all the price hikes. I like Sling but YT TV has a lot more options like 6 different profiles, unlim DVR etc. We're currently with T-Mobile too so we'll have to cancel YT TV and then re-sign up again through TMo to get the discount?

I thought TVision just started a few months ago. I was looking at maybe signing up for it. That was fast...

What discounts? T-Mobile service discounts? YouTube TV doesn't have any discounts.

So T-Mobile spent all of that money to buy Layer 3 only to punt after a few months?!

I knew it wouldn't last. I was actually expecting the prices to rise. $10 a month was too good to be true.
It was the perfect plan for me. I got BBC (can't stand any of the other news stations) and some other rando channels and wife got HGTV/Food Network.

I'm a current YouTube tv subscriber and I would hate to cancel because I'd lose all my recordings. Hopefully YouTube has a way to keep that stuff
