I got this last summer for my (then) 3 year old daughter. They didn't have a female design available at the time, but for 6 dollars and dinosaurs all over it, she was still excited and it works great when we bring her to watch her brother's baseball games.

that makes sense. the unicorn link has a better description "with safetly lock". ops title made me think they ship with the lock so you can lock your kid down LMAO
