Burn-in was so over exaggerated and it was just constantly regurgitated by Samsung and others to keep their TVs worth buying. It was just marketing that wouldn't go away.

I wish I had that warranty on my C8 bought in May 2019. In February, my girlfriend got mad at me and pushed the TV off the stand and cracked the screen. Beetches are crazy.

$50 more than the amazon/beach camera deal a few days ago, but this one comes with 2 yr extended warranty vs 1 year extended. It does cover burn-in if that's still a concern of yours. Still not as good as black friday Amazon price, but one of the last deals while the CX is still in stock.

At this point I might wait until traditional April/May price drop of new line C1 (if it follows same price chart as the CX).

Is Burn-in Coverage really its own category now? I still have bad memories of my first OLED with burn-in and how hard it was to get that taken care of while it was still under warranty.

No manufacturer warranty covers burn in. And it never did. I got a 2015 oled for 4 years never had burn in didn't have to do anything t special

I still don't get the burn in thing. I have 65" B7 I bought used back in 2018 as a floor model! It was constantly on playing a loop for like a year in the store and 4 years later it is perfect with no burn in and I watch it all the time, I don't get it.

I'm running a 65" E6 that I use primarily for gaming (including marathon Gran Turismo and Call of Duty sessions). Not a hint of burn-in. And I was paranoid since I was coming from an LG plasma that got nasty burn-in.
