Yes, the limit is five per coupon. So, you and your SO could both drive thru in different cars and use two copies of the coupon to get ten. The coupon we used was generic in that it didn't include my email or anything. It was posted above.

Best guess, print as many as you need and then have a caravan to drive thru. I just showed it on my phone (my SO had a physical copy but they didn't take it). Best guess is that (at least at ours) you could get the discount just by asking.

Different stores may operate differently, but that was our experience for lunch.Between us we got 10 for $10 and we probably could go again at supper time since we still have the printout and it's on the phone.

That's exactly what I just did... Signed up twice, still no email... Took a screenshot of the above, went through the drivethrough, and they didn't even ask to see it... YMMV

I did not need the email, the cashier told me about it when I walked in. This may be vary by location.
