Limit 1 enrolled Card per Card Member across all American Express offer channels. Your enrollment of an eligible American Express Card for this offer extends only to that Card. Offer valid in-restaurant at locations in the United States and on food orders placed online at jerseymikes.com or through the Jersey Mike's US mobile app. Excludes international locations and locations within colleges/universities, casinos, gas stations, stadiums, train stations, airports, mall food courts, and military buildings/bases. Not valid on gift cards, e-gift cards, and merchandise purchased online. Excludes delivery orders. Offer is non-transferable. Limit of 2 statement credits (total of $10 back) per Card Member. The enrolled Card account must not be cancelled or past due to receive statement credits. Any benefit earned from this offer is in addition to the rewards (i.e. Membership Rewards or cash back) earned as part of your existing Card benefits, but your ability to earn spend-based rewards for the purchase will be based on the amount after any statement credit or other discount is applied. Statement credit will appear on your billing statement within 90 days after 6/15/2021, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase. sometimes when I buy extras for tomorrow's lunch maybe 2 giants & 1 regular....total could easily hit $50 for me with no chips or drink. I don't usually go to jersey mike unless i overlook their CS & price...the sandwiches are good but not the service nor the price

Huh. Thank you: looks like you are right. I confirmed you are right with AMEX. Again: thank you!
And given we're STILL/YET AGAIN in the middle of a pandemic with cases on the uptick, burying the DELIVERY exclusion and thus encouraging people to go out and spread disease is disgusting. I will not be ordering Jersey Mike's NOW or in the future. If you're going to BURY the MOST IMPORTANT EXCLUSION ... frog no you don't want my business and you won't be getting it.
