Steps:

1. Log in to the Samsung Education Discount Program [samsung.com]
2. Add 32" Odyssey G7 T1 Faker Edition [samsung.com] monitor to cart
3. Verify student/educator/employer discount
4. Should show $618.74 in cart before tax.

This is lower than the previous frontpage $700 price

Note: the 27" version of the monitor is also available for $536.24 - personally I prefer the smaller screen so this is the version I ordered

Worth noting that Faker is a League of Legends player and his autograph is on this monitor.

I personally do not like LoL, but if it's your thing, then this may be a good deal.

Does anyone who has this monitor know if his face is on the splash screen every time the monitor comes on? And if so, if that can be disabled? Nothing against the guy, just don't know anything about him or LoL!

The curve is quite aggressive, especially o a non-UW monitor. Make sure you are fine with that before placing an oder

I own the monitor.. his face never pops up. It just has a red ui instead if blue like the normal g7.

Wait for 1 and half yrs, youll see so many dead pixels and defective panels that needs to heat up. Lol i have their odyssey and crg now bow the same crap issue my gigabyte and rog monitor bpught older than these 2 have no issue at all all except the rog are va

For 240hz 1440p and hdr600, this is a great deal. This and the 27" both got a glowing review from tft central, this VA panel is the sweet spot for many for gaming. The non-faker-branded g7 was cheaper recently. The only negative consideration for some is the 1000r curve, which means maximum viewing distance should be 1m.

There are other things to consider - this is THE fastest response time VA panel and has a refresh rate of 240hz. I think 1440p at 27" is the sweet spot for gaming. Hoping this panel will be future proof

Note on xbox series x you can't have the fastest refresh and g sync enabled at the same time
