I have settled on both. There's strengths and weaknesses to each and can't imagine dropping either. The cashback at Costco exec more than covers my
Membership. Sams we don't shop at as much but there are some items that are simply only there that we buy regularly like huge boxes of strawberry uncrustables and Smithfield bacon lol.

Wife bought it last week. It's much thinner compared to what Costco always carries, and does not absorb much water at all. I do not recommend it.

Were you talking about these paper towels? These are not the Kirkland paper towels. These are Naturezway branded bamboo paper towels.
I am going to check these out in the warehouse. Did not even see them last time I was looking at their selection. I also noticed they said they stated they lowered the count per roll due to Covid but had the same value per sheet (on the Kirkland brand).
The sale price seems great for these bamboo paper towels if they are similar in quality to the Kirkland brand.

My costco sells 24 PASTURE RAISED organic eggs for $7.5. I don't think you can find similar value anywhere. I think they maybe rebranded vital farms.
