Got excited by the 24-70mm, but then see it's f/4. Gonna hang on tight to my Nikon F stuff for now, but not a bad price break. Nikon refurbs are basically as good as new from what I've seen, at least on the DSLRs.
Too bad they're not running a special on the ftz adapter with the refurb.
Yeah, that's the hangup I had with this deal as well. The FTZ adaptor has a retail price of $250 and was recently being offered with new Z mount bodies for only $50. They've raised the price of the price of the adaptor to $100 with purchase of a new body, and haven't returned to holiday sale prices. Apparently there was a fire in one of their factories that has affected their ability to have sales. I have a lot of DX F mount gear and have been hoping for a deal so I can migrate from a D5100 to the D7500, D500, or Z50.
If you're a hybrid shooter looking to get into full-frame, this is an outstanding price for the Z6. Slap a Ninja V on that thing and you're shooting with the best*.

*best of the one-man hybrid shops.
given its a 2 year old camera, how is Nikon refurbished products ? Lightly used? Heavily used? Do they have any standards of what kind products are refurbished?

All Nikon FACTORY refurbs I bought were like new in a white box. Usually a very low shutter count. They are usually so good, I prefer refurb over new with the right discount.
