I just placed an order totaling $28 and received free shipping. I didn't enter any other codes, including the one above from the OP. Not sure how it worked, but I'm not arguing.

It looks like the promo code is $25 before discount while regularly it's $50 before discount. You must have $25 after discount in your cart.
