This guy explain on how to use it with the bowflex. You will need to get 4 long screws (M10, 1.5 pitch, 120mm length) and drill 2 holes on each housing to bolt it on the stand.

I have these weights in my basement. I used some modular steel shelving at menards. They have some nice 3 feet high x 4 feet wide x 17 inch deep modular shelves. My all in cost was $60 or so. They are sturdy and they will leave you room for other things also. I drilled a couple of holes in the boards and then zip tied the weight base in. They work great and it wouldn't matter what brand you have if you are looking for an alternative. https://www.menards.com/main/stor...217&ipos=1
