As discussed in a previous Topvision deal, they offer to pay people to leave feedback on Amazon and then even make it hard to collect. I wouldn't buy from a company that shady.

similar reviews. SD ban this company from this site

2/28/20 edit, 5 to 3 stars: I originally reviewed this because the seller offered a free air compressor for doing so. After filling out their online form and submitting my review info, about a month later there has been no word back and my air remains uncompressed. They recently contacted me through email offering a $20 amazon gift card for a review and screenshot as proof, with no reference to the previous offer. I figured my previous form had just gotten lost in paperwork somewhere along the way, and would have been just as happy with a giftcard. So I expanded my review somewhat after having had the product for longer and replied with a screenshot, but I have not heard back. I'm not sure if it's intentional disception on their part or just lack of organization, but it was a pretty frustrating experience as I normally don't review products here. I still think the battery pack is a good product, but I'm not thrilled with the company and don't feel confident I would have a good experience if I needed to file a warranty claim.
