There's a deal at Lowe's for this + the impact drill + regular drill + 2 batteries and a charger and bag for 200. An extra 20 bucks off if you scout a 10% off coupon on reddit. Got mine for 180 last week. Deal should still be live.

Last time I got the same tool at Amazon plus 1.5 amp battery and charger for $99. Then that's what I call good deal

Waited too long to buy this. It's the plunge cutter you always wished your rotary dremel could be, and you'll find excuses to use it. I recently cut out some sections of installed trim to install some new radiators, don't know any other tool that would've been able to pull that off.

The drill and impact driver are brushless but not the XR line, so they're not the best DeWalt has to offer. But, considering this tool is $100 standalone, you are basically getting a very good set of two tools for $80 more if you use a coupon. It's a good package to get if you are needing tools.

I'll echo what others have said about oscillating tools. I purchased it with the mindset of, "yeah, I could see myself using it for 1 or 2 things" but I'm so grateful to have had one on so many occasions in the past few months.

If you're a homeowner & like doing things yourself, this is a must have tool.

Indispensable tool definitely, I use it all the time. Very loud and ticks off my kids when I use it several rooms away. Also I've heard this tool from many houses down when outside.

I did get this for $99 from Lowe's with a battery, charger, and bag, which should be available again at some point.

I agree... my local Offerup and Facebook have tons of new DCD777's and DCF787's for $60, and because theres so many, it's likely you could get them for $50 each. They're basically second to the bottom of the Dewalt drill, and impact driver.

Plus, the 2ah (as well as the 1.3ah) are darn near worthless.

So the Lowes Deal, imo, is sort of a "please take this, we have too many" deal. It would be good for reselling the drills online if the resell market wasnt inundated with these tools. I mean, they're basically "atomic" series.
