Bought this a while back because I don't like subscriptions, and found out that they significantly shortened the support time frame. Used to be like 10 years of patches or something like that, now, now it's only like 6 years. Something to keep in mind.

Other than that i feel silly for paying almost full price for this back in 2019... Should have just trained the family on LibreOffice...

Nice, just bought and was about to post this. best deal on a legit copy of non-subscription office. was waiting for this sale. h&r block is useless though, i would change the pic to the MS office picture. tempted to repost it with the correct image so that it gets the attention it deserves.

It's not just to train them how to use other software, it's to train their mindset Office = Microsoft Office and there are other options.
I'm still using my HUP download of MS Office, and my wife is using the earlier version, even I've already quit the company a few years back.
