What's the best deal I can expect to find for an Oculus Quest 2

Really want to try one of these out. Do they go on sale ever? Is there a place where a common promo code will work on the Oculus Quest 2?
Deals I've seen so far:
Costco will throw in a carrying case when you buy an Oculus Quest 2 at the normal price
Newegg has offered a $25 newegg gift card with the purchase of an Oculus Quest 2
Newegg is currently offering a Rosewill gaming mouse (how random) with the purchase of an Oculus Quest 2
