I actually purchased both to compare. I had just decided to keep the dewalt, but now i may need to re-think.

Dewalt pros: slightly larger, about an inch higher, opens and closes a bit easier, could be used as a portable table/desk as you can slide a chair under, sturdy
Cons: no shelf (but you could prop a piece of plywood between the legs if you wanted to), doesn't come with clamps, $30 more, the metal handle protrudes when open.

Keter pros: cheaper, opens easily, has a shelf, comes with mini clamps, sturdy
cons: legs don't stay in place well when closed, could not put a chair under, closing is not as easy as the dewalt, lots of plastic parts that don't seem as sturdy as the dewalt.

I have 2 of these. Great tables. My wife takes them on camping outings as a prep table. I use them for everything, even as my table saw surface for my dewalt table saw. Very sturdy and stable. Easy take down and storage.

This matches my price from Sam's via their Black Friday / holiday sales from a few years ago. I've not seen this price go below $39 at Sam's or Costco since. Good price.

Awesome, think I am going to pick one up. I just bought the "Hart" branded version of this table for $50 bucks a few weeks back, and I have used it far more than I expected to since then. Good little tables to just pop open.

For context I also have 2x Kreg KWS500 Track Horses, Rockwell Jawhorse Sheetmaster, and Rockwell Jawstand XP, so I like to stay as portable as possible, and yeah I'm definitely getting another one of these.

Good price for this, can probably find the clamps at Walmart under Hart brand for ~$15 that would fit into the table (YMMV as I dont know if this table has the slots to slide in the quick clamps like the Hart table does).

I bought the Hart table (rebranded Keter) a few months back and have been very happy with it, clamps are nice so if you could add to this to make it better, totally worth it.

I have this and it's a decent table (though I'm not blue collar and use it around the house and in the garage). I know we paid more than $40 and this seems like a really good deal.

Got this on clearance a few years ago. Quick setup, sturdy and clamps are handy. Good for small projects and tucks away easily. Def would recommend at this price

DeWalt is faster to set up than this and easier to clamp things in all kinds of angles (by the x pattern channels). This come with built-in clamps is faster to do some rough straight cutting. If you do sophisticated wood working, go with Worx or DeWalt. If you are weekend home improvement warrior, this model is sufficient and cheaper.
