at the cvs, i bought an amazon $25 gc for one purchase and an ebay $25 gc for one purchase
at all times, i used the qr code and the first cashier had to fiddle with the register and the second cashier looked at me like i was up to no good but took it anyway
for both paypal and venmo, i got post-purchase notification on the same day
for both paypal and venmo, the credit was ready for use in less than one week

to other members, remember to spend your credits on your paypal. i completely forgot about it and kept using my paypal bank info to pay instead of using my existing credits.
