Please beware that iTunes [apple.com] is showing the same bundle in a maximum of HD, at least for me, so please tread carefully if purchasing through iTunes, and not the Apple TV app specifically.
To receive your fourth bonus movie:
Make sure your Apple account is already linked to Movies Anywhere [moviesanywhere.com] before purchasing the bundle. I know when you buy bundles in iTunes that end in .99 it doesn't transfer. So assuming this is only 4K on Apple devices.

Thanks OP. Bought it using AppleTV app on my iPad. Movies showed up in 4k hdr as mentioned. Free bonus movie email arrived immediately with Fifth Element redeeming in 4K.
