To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

It made you think this answered the question. But in tmobile forum, all customers complained that the Reps told them this information, but losing the monthly credit after paying off EIP, and they need to spend 6~10 hours on the hone trying to find a supervisor to refund their full EIP payment to restore the monthly credit
I payed a couple phones off back in January with my chase card that had a couple months left. No issues with receiving monthly credits.

Can you then add another EIP to that same line you just paid off?

This is exactly why I prefer tmobile upgrade EIP / deals over Sprint (even tho they merged), with Sprint accounts if your line is under *any* EIP Promo you got to pay it off first and it basically negates the new promo if you have to pay the non discounted rate off.

With T-Mobile you can pay off the amount, have the RDC moved to account level, AFAIK you cannot replicate this *with* sprint..now part of tmobile lol ...
Is there difference is to have rdc moved to account level? I have 3 separate promos on 3 separate lines in which I payed off eips's. So I am getting the bill credits each month.

T-Mobile is a company I hate. Good Luck dealing with them. They are liars and scammers. The Experts sound nice but if you have problems it's hit or miss dealing with them.

I'm a customer for the next year and a half. They screwed me around on several things then deny every thing. I signed up for 3 lines. Two everything and one Data (for a Samsung 8.4 inch tablet). I added a new phone for my wife but ported my phone and number in. Great Deal. Included $100 Card for the port in on BYOP.

Everything was fine until we got the equipment. We went through trying to set up her phone with an Expert. New Samsung A71. They said take it to store. Store could not get it to work. They said they would exchange it. Ok. They set up a phone for her. My phone was working fine so we are happy. But they said I had to go get the Tablet. 60 miles home and back. I thought they had to check it or something. Then they take the tablet and tell me they have to order me another. What?? So they won't give it back.. Give me no receipt or anything for it..

A week or so we received an I-Joy, a cheaper 7" tablet. I called customer service they said send it back. I did that. I have the original contract and paperwork but then find out the store canceled my contract and set up another one. They send me a notice that they are Sorry to See Me Go?? and bill me for canceling my contract. Since the contract I ported my number in under is canceled my $100 rebate is no longer valid. I tried online, including the rebate center, all 3 stores in Yuma. Waited 45 minutes in one for assistance but they were to busy. Finally got help in the third but they called an expert who referred me and transferred me back to the rebate center.

Good deal on the equipment and monthly cost. Bad deal on the rest of the things you expect from a company.

That's how it's worked in the past. One of our lines was a $10 3GB plan and now it's a $10 unlimited w/ 3GB hotspot plan.
I think this will be the case for everyone. Whatever your existing limited X LTE data quota is, that will be the amount of high speed data for the hotspot, then it drops to 2G. If they just say we'll give you unlimited 3G hotspot along with the unlimited high speed data most of us won't be angry, especially those who use the hotspot often

Sorry you had bad experience. I use tforce on Twitter and they bend over backwards to resolve any issue, fortunately few and far between. I stay away from doing anything at the stores.

So on April 18 my Simple Choice 4GB/$100 (4 lines) plan will show an add-on option for unlimited 5G data for free for each line?

can you get the samsung a32s calling 611 and then mailing in the old phones, or must this be done in store?

There are no official T-mobile representative on this thread. Everyone here is purely speculating based on the link from the OP. Your guess is as good as anyone so might as well and wait to find out on April 18.

Fake 5G slower than 4G and poor coverage. Never get bills correct and always overcharge. Overseas free roaming is a fraud too.

Oversea free roaming is legit, as long as you know it's limitations which is limited to 256 kb/a or 512 kb/s depending on your plan . I've used it all over the world, no problem with free roaming in South East Asia, South America, and Europe. Even had decent roaming service in place like Doha Qatar in the middle east. However I think I had problem with it in Belize out of all places.

Also would like to point out when your roaming data usage is greater than domestic non-roaming data, they will cut off your service without notice. Happended to be because I was gone for 2 months straight and got stranded in the middle when my service went outta nowhere. Otherwise TMobile is pretty solid.

I am sorry for your bad experience. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have no serious issues with them at all. Superb customers service most of the time and sometimes they bend over backwards to resolve any issue is my experience . In stores sometimes they are trying to sell extras but no pressure at all, just doing their jobs to earn extra money.

Are most people doing the Samsung A32 5G trade in? Is it just me or it seems almost not worth it...? Not sure what to do with that phone afterwards.
