To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

I have a flip phone that I am unable to do a factory reset. I think the SIM card slot is damaged. Phone does turn on and charge, would that be an issue mailing it in?
they wont check sim slot or insert sim to make a test call. no need to reset for flip phone. just delete any personal info manually.

Regarding Costco. I was there yesterday and the rep knew nothing about the deal. Is there anything published anywhere that shows what the Costco deal is?

For the A32 it's trade in, no add a line for tax on A32, plus $30 Costco card?

The iPhone 11 to 12 upgrade isn't available as Costco though, right?

Are a lot of people doing the 11 to 12 upgrade? For $70 in tax, seems worth it to me. I've been with T-Mobile for 15 years, I'm not going anywhere in the next 2. Plus, I figure having the newer phone could give me better trade in value down the road.

Yes,
the only issue with Costco kiosk is, usually those folks are real dumb when it comes to Direct Order i.e. ordering online promos ! To some extend it's not their mistake since they are generic folks (handle everything like T-Mobile, Verizon, AT&T etc) and not dedicated T-Mo so no wonder they are always confused about carrier specific promo especially online ones...lol
On another note, I had a bad experience with Costco Kiosk lady (as always...lol) and so got frustrated and came back without upgrading my iPhone-11 to iPhone-12 !
Just chatted with T-Force and told them the story and hat I prefer Costco because they give $30 rebate card and the T-Force said, no worries forget abt Costco and upgrade online, I'll credit $30 to match Costco rebate...lolol
What else you want? No applying for Costco rebate and waiting for 90 days right?

Can you order more than one phone at a time online to combine the shipping cost? Will that help at all? Like ordering two phones in one order for a total of $6.99 shipping?

I feel dumb. I scanned the wiki before asking the question and even did a search in the thread for "palm" which gave me three results. Thank you
I ordered 4 phones by calling tforce. They combined all of them in one order for one time shipping charge of 6.99

Same issue at the Salt Lake City Costco. I ended up using the T-Mobile website instead to treat in my iPhone 8 for half off the iPhone 12.

Maybe I'll try this. They don't charge that $20 human assistance fee like people say you get charged in the store? Do they allow all four phones to be associated with the same line or do they have to all be different lines on the account? I have three phones I could get rid of (Palm Treo Pro, Galaxy S3, and Galaxy S5). All work and have been factory reset yesterday. None of those could sell for any value but these A32s could get me something at least.

I'll have to try this. Costco's deal is the same as this with an added gift card thrown in? Did you have to give your bad experience or do you think it would work by just mentioning the Costco deal and asking them to match it.

So how do you pay this free eip off let say you say $282 straight, T-Mobile will give double credit monthly?

That way you are out of eip and can get new deal if that pops up within 24 months
I think if you pay it off in advance, your bill is just left with the credits so the remaining bill is $11.75 cheaper per month for the next 24 months instead of being the same after adding $11.75 for the phone and getting $11.75 credit on the same bill

How long would I need to wait after paying off an EIP before doing this? I have the Goggle Pixel 4a EIP for half off at christmas and the free iPhone SE from March EIP I want to pay off so I can do this on 4 of my lines.
I ordered the phones first then realized on the next day that one of them is not fully paid yet. So paid of on the next day after the order. Order is showing would be shipped on May 5th, so I am hoping this should work. If my credit stops, I will return one of the phone with in 14 days. Finger crossed!

Someone mentioned earlier in this thread that once you pay off the EIP, the promotional credits move to the account level immediately. Hopefully someone else can confirm.

Can someone help me, if I can use dual sim in A32 phone? My work phone is from VERIZON, so the second sim would be from Verizon.
Of course, I will unlock the phone by paying EIP after I receive 1st credit in monthly billing.

Is $282 a good deal for the Samsung A32 5G resolution 720 x 1600, no band 71 and we are locked to t-mobile service?

is this like the iphone buy 1 get one 50% off?

can i pay the phone off up front and get either of these deals. Been a pixel guy...but stuck to it because of having google assistant built in (hate bixby) and idk about one UI. I think I can set Gassistant as default?
Coming from a Pixel, you can turn off almost all of the Samsung bloatware, also it takes a bit of time you can make the google apps default like messaging, browser, etc to make it more of a pure android device a little patience goes a long way.

IIRC, on YouTube review and specs on various sites they are mentioning dual sim.
