To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

Any trick to hard reset the 10 years old phone Samsung Gravity TXT?

Forgot the password on this. I did what some google search result suggested but not working to hard reset this phone
Might be quicker & less work to ask friends, coworkers, neighbors if any of them have an old phone lying around that you can have.

Ok like in what? If it's okay for 2 EIPs on a line, then it's okay for 10 EIPs on a line.

I Accidentally did a line upgrade on a line with an existing EIP! Freaked out until I could get ahold of TMO Customer Service the next day. I was told by customer service that two EIPs can exist on one line. The original EIP is 10 months old.

Anyone know how to change the tradein device after placing the order?

The device I was looking to tradein has a minor scratch that could be miscontrued as a crack, and am afraid of the tradein being rejected.

I tried contacting TForce via twitter and they are telling me it is not possible to change the tradein once the order is placed

Appreciate any help/suggestions!

If you're sending in worthless phones for the free Galaxy A32 5G, might as well send them in now as there's really no harm in doing so as you have nothing to lose. Or wait ... it doesn't matter. I sent all my worthless phones in today. BTW, take pictures of everything including your worthless phones turned on, its non cracked screen, the IMEI number under the battery, etc. Likely nothing will go wrong with the trade in but pictures are free.
Thank very much for your advice water change!

May 10 is well within the 30 day window. Realistically, you can probably just ship your trade-in as soon as you get the shipping notification for the new phone.
That's a good point VIP! At least at that point I'll know that they actually have a phone for me. At the rate people are trading in, not sure how tmo or samsung can keep up.

Depends on if you are still using the trade phone. I like to have the phone on hand before send out

If not, either way is fine
Thanks dtmamg! Not really using these phones, although one is still decent enough to use, but definitely outdated.

The 611 rep told me 14 days after we receive the new phone since this is upgrade not add new line offer
Maybe based on the back ordered date? The label for shipping expires 30 days after being issued. Mine shows max time ship will be may 10th, but label expires may 20th. Thanks for info.

I called them, and basically they cancel the order and placed another order. Thing is since it's new order, shipping day will be delayed ...

If the phone is on an equipment payment plan, you paying off the phone over 24 months. So until you actually pay off the phone, you haven't completed its purchase and it will remain locked to T-Mobile. You can pay off the phone balance, own the phone, and then T-Mobile will unlock it.
