To uninstall many junk apps preloaded by Samsung:
- Download, install, and launch the Minimal ADB and Fast Boot tool on your PC.
- Download, install, and launch the App Inspector app on the phone.
- On your phone, go to Settings and tap on About Phone. Find the Build Number and tap on it 7 times to enable Developer Options.
- Enter Developer Options and enable USB Debugging.
- Connect the phone to the PC via the supplied USB cable.
- Change to "file transfer (MTP)" mode at the phone.
- You will see a prompt on your phone asking you to authorize a connection with the computer. Grant it.
- Enter the command "adb devices" (no ") at the command prompt (PC screen).
- Enter the command "adb shell" if you see the serial number of the phone displayed. If not, then remove/reconnect the USB cable, grant connection, and retype the "adb devices" command.
- Enter pm uninstall -k --user 0 <name of package> for the app that you want to uninstall as displayed in App Inspector.
For Example, to remove youtube: pm uninstall -k --user 0 com.google.android.youtube
To restore youtube: cmd package install-existing com.google.android.youtube

Deal was better under Sprint - iPhone 12 free w/trade of iPhone8 or higher... upgraded 3 lines yesterday!
Hopefully costco would give the cash deal. I hate the 24 months bill credit. Anybody know if my iPhone 11 has couple months to go, it would lose the bill credit if I pay it off early

One of my trade in got delayed by USPS and I mailed it more than 10 days ago...The tracking has not been updated since last Friday.
Now I am starting to worry what if USPS lost my package...
Same thing happened to mine but got a text message last week that my trade is completed. Tracking still shows "Delayed". I sent in another 2 phones to trade last Monday and both shows "Delayed" again in Texas but im not too worried anymore.

Now I'm sad. I saw the Mother's Day Apple deal, but did not see anything about a similar S21 deal they had, until now. I was even in a TMO store on Sunday doing a flip trade for A32 for my son.

So I think my parents are making the jump from Sprint to T-Mobile and I don't think my father's LG V20 will work with T-Mobile so I was debating getting him on the A32 deal as he doesn't really care about his phone all that much. Any rumor as to if it will be this phone all year or will they jump to a different one later on? If I do go with this one, anyone know a good case for this thing? He's pretty rough on his phone. Really wasn't looking to spend $30 on the Otterbox. Any good alternatives?

Mine arrived on Friday and two of them were accepted today.

Also received text today that one of the promo's (trade-in to get the A32) has ended. I did two lines and the other one went through without a problem. On the account promo page, only one is showing which is the line that got approved, the other is no longer listed, so it does appear I only have one promo.

Spoke with CS at 611 and the rep said it was denied because of a screen problem. It was an older flip phone but hardly used so in pristine condition, still in the original factory box with manual that I sent back. Told CS I have pictures and video to prove it does not have a screen problem. She said she's going to get back to me tomorrow. I know it's not the CS' fault for the denial but, man, I hope they come through. Been a long time TMO customer with 5 lines. Was considering getting two more to max out the promo but not worth the hassle if this is the norm. Thought I would share my experience.

Anyone know what the window return is for the new phone? Is it 14 days after receipt? Not much into the social media scene but Is T-Force (Twitter/Facebook) any better in getting a resolution?

TIA.

Q1: Shipping the return. Can I return phones in one package? I think the answer is no, but would love to know. Seems inefficient to send three separate packages.

Q2: Cases. So good deals on multiple cases? In my case a three pack?

Q1: NO - Per others in the thread.
Q2: The only multiple case deals I saw were for the cheap TPU cases.

Thanks, search-fu failed me. Cheap TPU works for me, these will be backups for the most part. Cases are good in drawers, too Smilie

Forget that . Same here. You need to wait until your bill generates to see if the credit applied on your account . Seeing promo enrolled and actual credit getting applied is different. Not saying we won't get the credit but who knows

Thanks. I did find it here [t-mobile.com], and as you said it is 20 days for new phone purchases. Stores won't accept them according to that page. I just hope TMO will just make it right with the credit. Will see what they come back with tomorrow.
