What is not forgivable is erroneously cancelling a trade and promo on someone and then making up the reason as being failure to comply with a bogus 7-day mailing requirement.
Those employees both should be fired, the one who cancelled the promo in error and the one who gave BS intel as to why it was cancelled.

No one deserves to get fired over a cheap cell phone. Maybe they just need better training.
Now I am starting to worry what if USPS lost my package...

Call your local Costco T-mobile to check whether they have inventory.
Why does T-mobile does this promo if they cannot follow a standard rules across.
I have seen these stories only from samsung tradein. Probably it is a Samsung A32, we are seeing all these drama.
I have an old Samsung Note 4. The thing is practically worthless. If I trade it in, T-Mobile will give me a free Samsung A32 and I'm under no obligation to do anything with this free phone. I could even sell it tomorrow for all they care. I'm also under no obligation to open a new phone line with T-Mobile.
So what does T-Mobile get out of all this? Is there a catch I'm missing?
