Maximum IPhone 8 Plus can take is 18 watts, so no difference

I see that the input voltage for the dock is 15v, as reported here

And on this product page I see that one of the supported outputs is 15V@3A
So it all checks out to me, but the switch dock is finicky so again I can't guarantee anything.
Edit: Actually I searched "switch" on the product page and someone confirmed it works with a docked switch so I'd say you're good to go
