The price dropped $30 on this 4 gallon compact vacuum/blower. It outputs 120 CFM which is pretty comparable to the larger models and comes with the Ridgid lifetime warranty.

Also, is HP the primary indicator of suction power? I have a 3.5 HP Craftsman, it has decent power but I wish it had more. If I buy this, is it an upgrade?

Edit — let me rephrase, I have this model without that attachment and I would use it for light cleanup at most. You're better off getting a cheap plug in leaf blower would be more apt at cleaning up any real leaf piles/spring cleanup.
